Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS hosted a workshop on the development and management of web-sites of the institutes and organizations of ANAS. Representatives of the scientific departments, scientific institutions, and organizations of ANAS attended the training.

Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology (IIT) of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliyev made an opening speech and welcomed the training participants on behalf of the President of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh. Director of the Institute spoke about an important role of the web sites in tracking various events, data acquisition, transfer and processing due to the development of advanced technologies, and the emergence of Internet-media.
