Swedish company Epicenter has developed microchips with COVID-passports implanted under the skin.
An implant the size of a grain of rice can be scanned for a person's vaccination information. In addition, the chips can store contracts, bus tickets and even membership information at the gym.
More than 6,000 people in the country have already injected the chip into their bodies.
The manufacturer assures that the procedure is safe and that implants can be removed if necessary.
