Article of Rashid Alakbarov, Deputy Director for Technologies of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, PhD in technics, Associate Professor entitled “Challenges of Mobile Devices' Resources and in Communication Channels and their Solutions” Published in the International Journal of Computer Network and Information Security.

The article is devoted to the creation of cloudlet-based mobile computing clouds in order to overcome the limitations in the resources of mobile devices (power consumption, computing and memory resources, etc.) and delays in communication channels.

It was noted that the proposed architecture would more effectively meet the demand for computing and memory resources of mobile devices and eliminate network delays. At the same time, the research shows how to save energy consumption of mobile devices and eliminate delays in communication channels by solving problems that require complex computing and memory resources in a cloudlet located close to the user.
