Between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan State of Qatar with the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of ICT signed a decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the 17th, I hereby:

1. The Government of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies on December 8, 2014 to approve the Memorandum of Understanding signed in Doha.

2. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies specified in Section 1 of this Decree shall ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding.

3. Memorandum of Understanding, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the completion of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Government of the State of Qatar to send notification.
