A candidate for mayor promises that he will take into account the opinions of citizens in making decisions. Also in his plans to analyze all the petitions that were put forward in the council, and mathematically assess how they can affect people.

The robot did not come up with the mayor, the idea belongs to its creators - Tetsuzo Matsuda, vice-president of the mobile provider SoftBank, and Norio Murakami, a former employee of Google. They organized a full-fledged election campaign by posting propaganda materials throughout the city.
