The popular Internet service Speedtest.net of the Irish company Ookla has published a monthly speed rating for the Internet connection Speedtest Global Index, which contains data on the speed of wireless and wireline broadband in the world in November 2017. The positions of Russia in comparison with the July edition of the study have not changed.

The global leader in the quality of mobile Internet is Norway.
