Sector chief of the Institute of Information Technology Babak Nabiyev participated in "Caren Regional Networking Conference" and  "women's initiatives in the field of ICT" events held in the Kyrgyz Republic, on April 24-27, 2017.

Head of administration of the president of the Kyrgyz republic, kyrgyz representative of the European Union, President of Kyrgyz National Academy of Sciences Republic, Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and others also attended to the event. Reports on e-science, e-medicine, e-learning, distance education, scientometric and other issues were heard and discussed.

B. Nabiyev also got acquainted  with activity  of Caren, science-computer network of Kyrgyzstan.
