On May 6, a new web site of the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy (ASMA) developed by the experts of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS was presented within the framework of the XI International scientific-technical conference on “Innovative technologies in maritime transport” devoted to the 93rd anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Head of department of the institute Gulnara Nabibayova presented the website and gave detailed information about its structure and design. The website aims to provide information about important scientific and pedagogical activities and events of Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy.

The website located at the Data Center of AzScienceNet of the institute has been developed in accordance with the security policy of the network and comprehensively audited, G.Nabibayova stated.

The website is available in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, Russian and English) and includes sections as "News", "Announcements", "About the Academy ", "Education", "Science", "International cooperation", "Student Life", as well as Photo and Video Galleries.

Director on academic and educational work of ASMA prof. Faig Naghiyev spoke about the development of cooperation with the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS and Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy. He expressed his gratitude for the assistance of the management of the academy and employees of the Institute of Information Technology in the creation of the website.
