The members of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences held a commemorative ceremony in Guba, dedicated to the 31 March - Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis. The event was attended by an employee of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, a member of the Council Konul Dashdamirova.

Within the framework of the event, the young scientists visited the area of ​​mass graves and "Guba Genocide Memorial Complex", and wrote in the guest book, laid flowers at the monument of Heydar Aliyev in Guba.

Later, a memorial ceremony dedicated to the victims of the genocide was held at Heydar Aliyev Center.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, PhD in physics and mathematics, associate professor Famin salmanov, and talked about the tragedy.
