The Institute of Information Technology of ANAS hosted an online scientific seminar on "Evaluation of the experimental results of the K-means algorithm on various indices" of the 13th department.

Eltun Ahmadov, an employee of the department who presented the report, gave detailed information about traditional programming, machine learning, classification, clustering methods, the principle of operation of the K-means algorithm, data set types, evaluation indices and the experiment.

He spoke about the Silhouette Index, Davies-Bouldin and Dunn indexes, and noted the results of the experiment.

At the end, the report was exchanged and questions were answered. Suggestions and recommendations were made to further deepen research in this area.
