The Institute of Information Technology of ANAS conducts research on electronic medical problems. The head of department, doctor of technical sciences, professor Masuma Mammadova touches upon such issues as an international experience in the field of e-health, e-health models, individual-based systems and etc. in her research projects.

Though, the unique world experience in e-health is not available, different models of e-health have been developed for the establishment of electronic medicine of developed countries, the author mentioned. These models depend on the principles of financing and organization of national health care.

The countries, which played a crucial role in the establishment of e-health system, are responsible for the money of the investors and taxpayers, she said.
