On December 4, the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS hosted the 1stRepublic Scientific-Practical Conference on the "E-government Building problems" within the framework of "Azerbaijan International Exhibition and Conference on Telecommunications and Information Technologies" ("BakuTel 2014"). The conference organized by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of AR, Presidium of ANAS and the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS was attended by the president of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh, the minister of communications and high technologies, academician Ali Abbasov, the minister of education Mikayil Jabbarov, Vice-Presidents of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev and academician Isa Habibbayli, Executive Director of the Science Development Fund under the President of AR Elchin Babayev, and other officials, scholars and experts in the field of management and ICT, and Mass Media representatives.
