The Israeli military received new combat smartphones, which was developed by the State Department of Logistics and Technology. The novelty is called Shaked Fighting. The defense department reports that the device is designed to improve the coordination of the soldiers during the battle.

Shaked Fighting runs under the operating system Android. Each military will receive such a device, and the commanders of the units will provide rucksacks with communication equipment and an additional shockproof phone, as well as a portable charger.

Lieutenant-Colonel Oren Matljac said that Shaked Fighting has a number of special applications. Everyone can use the device, because it is very light and familiar to use. Thus, soldiers will have access to a compass, maps, camera, and the ability to exchange information within the radius of their combat system.

Also Shaked Fighting is able to recognize the target and respond to the query "your" or "someone else's". This will eliminate the possibility of friendly fire. Also, the military will be able, with the help of new items, to better navigate the terrain and quickly communicate with the command.
