An article named ''The study of formation characteristics and development tendencies of international information and knowledge economy'' with co-author of academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliev, head of the department, PhD in economics, associate professor Alovsat Aliyev and collegue of the organization Vusala Abbasova was was published in the prestigious  “Review of knowledge economy” journal.

The article describes the features and stages of global economic systems. Different aspects of the formation of information, industry and knowledge economy categories were analyzed, main points and content were analyzed. The properties of information and knowledge, transformation methods and management systems were investigated. Relevant recommendations were developed on the basis of the analysis of the formation characteristics of information and knowledge economy and the development tendencies.
