The world's first "smart" police station opened in Dubai 2017-09-19 11:57:00 / INTERESTING INFORMATION

In Dubai, a fully automated "smart" police station was established, writes Gulf News on Monday.

It is reported that this is the first such institution in the world. Visitors to the site will be able to use 60 types of services, including report an accident or file an application for violation of rights.

Communication with policemen here is carried out by means of video communication and by electronic network. As expected, the "smart" police station will work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The UAE authorities intend to create similar institutions in all areas of residential and commercial development in Dubai. Local law enforcement officials are sure that they will help to unload ordinary police stations.

Recall, in June it became known that at the end of the year on duty in the police of Dubai patrol robobimy O-R3 will begin. Vehicles will move around the streets of the city in an autonomous mode and scan people and cars. The authorities of the emirate are sure that the presence of a robot alone should become a deterrent to criminals.
