More than 5 million cars of Volkswagen brand will be connected to special internet-based system with Volkswagen Automotive Cloud since 2020Thanks to this system, cars on the roads will be able to communicate with each other. It will also help reduce the number of accidents on the roads to reduce the human losses.

First “general car cloud” , then  platform for all VW group will be made  (ODP-One Digital Platform). It will be at the North American headquarters located near the Microsoft office and will involve 300 new engineers
