Google has launched the Voice Access application, which enables users to control their mobile devices on the Android platform using voice. The application is designed to facilitate the use of a mobile phone for persons with disabilities, according to an official company blog.

The application is available in the Google Play store in English, developers are planning to add other language versions in the future.
